DATA NETWORK OPERATIONS – LEAD

To design, manage, and execute all operational activities related to Enterprise Services, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with strategic objectives.

The main duties include but are not limited to:

• Review high-level solutions for Enterprise Services to enable optimal operations.
• Manage and ensure optimal operations of Enterprise Services in accordance with set SLAs and OLAs.
• Validate solutions proposed by Engineers to ensure adherence to operational targets and security policies.
• Propose project implementation phases for Enterprise Services and plan upgrades and operational activities.
• Propose new technical solutions and lead their rollout road map
• Provide technical inputs on departmental strategy formulations.
• Synchronize operational activities of Enterprise Services with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical inputs on departmental strategy objectives.
• Benchmark best practices in Enterprise Services operations and propose actions for improvement.
• Draft and propose high-level processes/solutions for Enterprise Services operations. Ensure operations processes are in place and develop or update necessary processes when needed.
• Assess and adjust solutions proposed by suppliers to align with operational objectives and customer needs.
• Work closely with the Enterprise Solutions team to accept completed projects into operations and document those projects.

Support Enterprise Services Engineers.

• Propose competencies and skill development initiatives for operational Engineers.
• Ensure business continuity through regular testing and updates of operational processes.
• Conduct regular team meetings to motivate staff and address any operational challenges.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's Degree in Computer Engineering /Telecommunications / Computer Science/IT with CCIE or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in Data Network / ICT
